Helping employees who become severely depressed

Great article by Bob Grove, Helen Lockett and Jan Hutchinson around mental health in the work place and the impact for business if they choose to do nothing. It suggests the costs to employers are just under $2000 (NZ) per employee, per year, if you don’t do anything so can you afford to ignore it?
